Warranty & refund policy

Warranties and refund terms depend on the product and project, and are set out in your written quotation and contract. This page explains the principles.

Warranties

• Solar modules carry the manufacturer's performance warranty (25 years for the modules we supply).
• Inverters, batteries, EV chargers and other equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty for that product, with the period stated in your quotation.
• Workmanship and any performance, leak-free or service-level guarantees apply only where they are written into your contract.

Making a claim

Cancellation and refunds

Enquiries, calculators, Scout checks and consultations are free. Cancellation and refund terms for a project, including advances and milestones, are stated in your contract and depend on how far the project has progressed. The contracting entity for your project (SOLAR CONNECT for residential subsidy projects, SURYOVA ENERGYGRID 24BY7 PVT. LTD. for commercial and industrial) is named in your quotation.

Subsidy

The subsidy is paid by the government to you by Direct Benefit Transfer. If it is delayed or declined, that is a matter between you and the scheme; we will help you resolve it.
